Terms
The plain version
Melt Speakers is built and operated by Spergs, LLC. It is an early, invite-only service. By using it you agree to these terms.

Who you're agreeing with
“Melt Speakers”, “we” and “us” mean Spergs, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. “The service” means the app at app.meltspeakers.com and the server it talks to; “this website” means meltspeakers.com.
By creating an account or using the service or this website, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you don’t, please don’t use them.
Invite-only
Melt Speakers is invite-only. To create an account you need a single-use invite code from us. An invite is for the person it was given to; please don’t pass it on or post it. We may revoke unused invite codes, or ones used to abuse the service.
Your account
You’re responsible for:
- keeping your password safe. There is no email password reset;
- what is done with your account while you are signed in.
We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where we can, we’ll tell you why.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Melt Speakers or this website to:
- break the law in your jurisdiction or ours;
- get at data or accounts that aren’t yours, or probe the service to compromise it;
- spread malware, phishing kits or stolen credentials;
- disrupt the service for others, including with automated traffic or scraping.
Spotify, Apple and artwork
Melt Speakers works with a Spotify streaming history export. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Spotify or Apple. Spotify is a trademark of Spotify AB; Apple and iTunes are trademarks of Apple Inc. They are named here only to say what Melt Speakers works with.
Album and artist artwork is found through Apple’s iTunes Search API and shown to identify what you listened to. Artwork belongs to its owners: the artists, labels and other rights holders. So do the names of the artists, albums and tracks. Nothing in Melt Speakers grants you any rights in them.
The Melt Speakers name, mark, text and design belong to Spergs, LLC. Linking to this website is welcome.
Availability
Melt Speakers is early. We don’t offer a service-level agreement or an uptime guarantee, and features may change or be removed. We may stop offering the service.
No warranty
Melt Speakers and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that they will be uninterrupted or free of errors. That includes the statistics: they are only as complete as the export they are drawn from.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spergs, LLC and its officers, members and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including loss of data, profits or goodwill) arising from your use of Melt Speakers or this website. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations; in those, our liability is limited to the greatest extent local law permits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that can’t be resolved by email will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes
If these terms change, we’ll update the date at the top. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept it.
